Starting from December 1, Chinese citizens can travel to Russia for tourism or business purposes without a visa, with a permitted stay of up to 30 days. This policy will remain in effect until September 14, 2026.

The move is set to greatly facilitate business exchanges between the two countries, directly boosting bilateral trade, investment inspections, and project collaboration, thereby injecting strong momentum into deepening economic and trade cooperation.

By lowering operational costs for enterprises, it will also advance practical cooperation in key sectors including energy, infrastructure, and technological innovation, further tapping into the substantial potential of the bilateral economic partnership.
